Earnings from passenger carriages by rail to Baku suburbs grew by 17%

May 8, Fineko/abc.az. In 2024, income from railway passenger transportation to the suburbs of Baku increased by 17%.

ABC.AZ informs that the local operator earned 5.37 million manats from passenger carriages to suburban areas (a rise of 17% against 4.305 million manats in 2023).

According to the State Statistics Committee, a total of 8.124 million passengers were transported to the suburbs in 2024 (a rise of 18.3% versus 6.869 million passengers in the previous year).
