March 18, Fineko/abc.az. Azerbaijan has resumed exporting crude oil to Switzerland after a break of almost three years.

ABC.AZ informs that this is stated in the official figures published by the government.

In February, 89,697 tons of crude oil were sold to Switzerland.

The total value of the crude oil sold is $53.86 million.

Last year, Switzerland purchased a total of 2.587 million tons of crude oil. Of them, the main part, 1.411 million tons, accounted for the U.S. and 955,000 tons for Nigeria.

Switzerland last bought crude oil from Azerbaijan in July 2022.
