March 17, Fineko/abc.az. SOCAR Midstream Operations LLC (CMO) announces a reorganization in the form of separation of SOCAR Midstream Gas Operations LLC (SMGO) from it.

ABC.AZ reports that as a result of reorganization, the SMO's authorized capital was reduced from 59.5 million manats to 1,000 manats, and its rights and obligations were transferred to SMGO in accordance with the separation balance sheet.
