March 6, Fineko/abc.az. The Ministry of Finance, in accordance with the presidential decree from February 3, 2025, began creating information system Electronic Management of State Duties (e-rusum) .
ABC.AZ reports that starting from June 1, 2025, state duties will be paid on the basis of an electronic notification, which will be submitted through the information system.
Currently, 22 state bodies, 4 legal entities under public law, the Central Bank of Azerbaijan and the courts levy a state fee on 574 items. For institutions with an information system, integration into the electronic payment system will be created, and for those who do not have it, access to an electronic cabinet will be provided.
