March 5, Fineko/abc.az. The construction of the SPC flooring manufacturing plant Mister Decor LLC, a resident of the Aghdam Industrial Park, is being completed, ABC.AZ reports, quoting Elchin Kazimov, the press secretary of the Economic Zones Development Agency.

He noted that more than 80% of the construction work has already been finished, and close to 4 million manats of investments made in the fulfilled work: "It is planned that the enterprise, with total investment value of 6 million manats, will start operating this year.

The company, with annual production capacity of 1.5 million m2, is expected to provide permanent employment for 70 people. Work at the enterprise will be organized in a 2-shift mode."

According to Kazimov, in the manufacture of SPC floor coverings, a mixture of calcium carbonate and PVC solution, which is resistant to atmospheric influences, moisture and is a completely hygienic product, will be used as raw materials.

"Currently, the demand for these products in the country is met by imports from China, Russia and India. With the start of company's work, the planned demand for this product will be satisfied," company’s rep stressed.

Mister Decor LLC is currently engaged in the production of wallpapers in the Aghdam Industrial Park.
