March 5, Fineko/abc.az. American multinational confectionery company Mars Inc. has established a subsidiary in Azerbaijan.

ABC.AZ reports that the new founder is Mars Azerbaijan LLC. The company was established in January 2025.

The company with authorized capital of 1,475,000 manats was registered at 8 November Street, Khatayi district, Baku.

Company’s director is Mubariz Ismayilov, who has worked in the relevant field for many years, and since 2019 has worked at the Mars distributor in Azerbaijan.

Since 2010, Camal LTD has been the official distributor of Mars in Azerbaijan.
