February 3, Fineko/abc.az. Leasing company Legion Financial wants to raise finances from the stock market of the open joint-stock company for a total amount of 2 million manats.

ABC.AZ informs, referring to the issue prospectus or the information memorandum of the leasing company.

2,000 interest-bearing, unsecured, undocumented ordinary bonds with nominal value of 1,000 manats each will be issued.

The bonds will be in circulation for 60 months (5 years) with annual yield of 15%.
