January 31, Fineko/abc.az. Azerbaijani investment company SOCAR Downstream and Italy’s Technip Energies Italy S.P.A (TEN) have created a joint company.

ABC.AZ informs that speech is about Ecostar Green LLC.

Ecostar Green LLC was established in January 2025 and has authorized capital of 1.5 million euros (~2.7 million manats). The company is registered at 40 Mikail Aliyev St., Nizami district, Baku. Islam Khalilov is company’s director.

Ecostar Green LLC will conduct a preliminary engineering design (FEED) for the Waste Monetization Project based on Alterra pyrolysis technology and will produce pyrolysis oil using plastic waste materials.
