January 9th, Fineko/abc.az. The Swiss court will rule on restructuring of the debt of Nord Stream 2 AG.

ABC.AZ informs that the board plans to announce its decision on January 9 or 10.

The court hearing was held on December 20, 2024 in the canton of Zug. During the review, the parties who represented the interests of Nord Stream 2 AG, creditors, including small ones, as well as Swiss liquidator Transliq AG, spoke out.

The main creditors had until January 8 to submit an application for consent to the restructuring. If the agreement is rejected, the court will automatically initiate bankruptcy proceedings for the company.

This measure has already been extended several times. The last time was in June.
