January 6, Fineko/abc.az. Azerbaijan is Serbia's reliable partner in natural gas supplies.

ABC.AZ informs that this was stated by Serbian President Aleksandar Vucic at a government meeting.

The president noted that currently country's gas consumption is about 13.5-14.5 million cu m a day. To date, gas reserves in underground storage facilities in both Serbia and Hungary amount to about 430 million cu m.

Serbia has become the 8th country in terms of the number of Azerbaijani gas supplies. Currently, up to 2.5 million cu m of natural gas are imported from Azerbaijan every day.
