September 5, Fineko/abc.az.  A next raid was held by employees of the Department of Environmental Protection of the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources to check compliance with the requirements of environmental legislation.

During the raid it found that Raqib-FK MMC, operating in the Ismayilli district, digging a clay of 4078.08 m3 from the right bank of the Ayrichay River. An act was filed against Raqib-FK MMC and revealed damage to the nature of 22429.44 manats.

Since the amount of damages was a criminal offense, the documents collected for the legal assessment of the matter were sent to the Prosecutor General's Office of the Republic of Azerbaijan.
