December 23, Fineko/abc.az. The Charter of the Azerbaijan Entrepreneurship Development Fund has been approved.

ABC.AZ reports that President Ilham Aliyev signed a rekevant decree.

According to the decree, the Procedure for using the EDF finances was endorsed.

The decree says that the remaining assets in the amount of 189.75 million manats on preferential loans given to business entities by the EDF through authorized credit organizations in the process of liquidation are written off from the authorized fund of the EDF, and the right of claim is transferred to the assets of these authorized credit organizations.
