October 22, Fineko/abc.az. In 2023, 1,195 employees were laid off at enterprises within the SOCAR structure.

ABC.AZ reports that in 2022, the number of dismissed employees at enterprises belonging to the SOCAR structure amounted to 2,174 people, and in 2021 - 723 people.

Out of 68 people who successfully completed an internship within the Young Talents Program in order to provide employment for young people with higher education, 53 were employed at SOCAR enterprises in 2023.

In addition, at the end of 2023, internship programs "young talent program" and "working student" were announced, and they will be conducted next year. As a result, 3,165 applications were accepted and pre-selection process was conducted to participate in the next stages of the competition.
