September 24, Fineko/abc.az. In case of failure of the referendum on Moldova's accession to the EU, to be held on October 20, residents of the republic will have the opportunity to use free gas, ABC.AZ reports, quoting Ilan Shor, the head of opposition bloc ‘Victory’.

"If we go out and say no and show the EU its place, I give my man's word that from December 1, every individual <...> will receive gas into his house absolutely free of charge," Shor said in a video message.

He did not specify the details, but also assured that he would be able to attract $2 billion in investments into the infrastructure and social sphere of the republic.
