Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine appointed new FM instead of Kuleba

September 5, Fineko/abc.az. The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine has appointed a new foreign minister instead of Kuleba. 258 parliamentarians voted for the appointment of Andrei Sibir to the post of Minister of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine.

Earlier, Sibiga was Dmitry Kuleba's deputy, who previously headed the Foreign Affairs Ministry.
