July 11, Fineko/abc.az. Over Jan-Jun 2024, the country produced about 14.4 million tons of oil (together with condensate).

ABC.AZ reports with reference to data from the Ministry of Energy that 8.2 million tons of oil production in the country accounted for Azeri-Chirag-Guneshli (ACG) field block, 2.1 million tons (condensate) for Shah Deniz field, 300,000 tons (condensate) for Absheron field. SOCAR's oil production (together with condensate) totaled 3.8 million tons.

About 11.9 million tons of oil (together with condensate) were exported. Of them, 10.3 million tons accounted for the consortium and 1.6 million tons for SOCAR.

In the first 6 months of this year, oil refining in the country grew by 3.23% up to 3.2 million tons. In June 2024, daily oil production (together with condensate) totaled 80,585 tons, including 65,597 tons of crude oil and 14,988 tons of condensate.
