June 7, Fineko/abc.az. Prices for oil of benchmark grades are rising in Friday’s trading, but end the week in the red.

The price of futures for August’s Brent crude oil on the London ICE Futures exchange rose by $0.20 (0.25%) to $80.07 per barrel by 09:35. Following the trading on June 5, August’s Brent crude futures grew by $1.46 (1.86%) to $79.87 per barrel.

The price of July’s WTI oil futures on the electronic trading of the New York Mercantile Exchange (NYMEX) increased by $0.23 (0.30%) to $75.78 per barrel by 09:35. Following the trading on June 5, the price of WTI oil futures for July increased by $1.48 (2.00%) to $75.55 per barrel.

Since the beginning of the week, Brent crude oil has decreased in price by 1.28% and WTI by 1.57%.
