May 31, Fineko/abc.az. Prices for oil of benchmark grades keep on declining in Friday’s trading after a drop the day before.

The price of futures for August’s Brent crude oil at the London ICE Futures Exchange decreased by $0.13 (0.16%) to $81.75 per barrel by 09:17. Following the trading on May 30, August Brent crude futures fell by $1.55 (1.86%) to $81.88 per barrel.

The price of July’s WTI oil futures on the electronic trading of the New York Mercantile Exchange (NYMEX) fell by $0.22 (0.28%) to $77.69 per barrel by 09:17. Following the trading on May 30, the price of WTI oil futures for July dropped by $1.32 (1.67%) to $77.91 per barrel.
