May 14, Fineko/abc.az. The payment of logistics subsidies will begin in Azerbaijan for the first time.

ABC.AZ reports that speech is about the reimbursement by the state of part of transportation costs of business entrepreneurs and companies.

This innovation will apply to the cost of transporting goods that entrepreneurs produce and export abroad.

The issue of logistics subsidies, a completely new type of support, arose in Azerbaijan in early 2023. At that, the head of the Azerbaijan Export & Investment Promotion Fund (AZPROMO), Yusif Abdullayev, said that the state intends to provide logistics subsidies to entrepreneurs. The logistics subsidies operating in Karabakh will be higher.

Thus, logistics subsidies will be applied throughout the country for 5 years, and in the territories liberated from occupation — for 10 years. It was expected that the draft had not yet been submitted to the Cabinet of Ministers in March of last year.
