April 25, Fineko/abc.az. Best Brands Group MA LLC reduces its authorized capital.

ABC.AZ reports that in accord with the decision of the general meeting of the founders of Best Brands Group MA LLC, the authorized capital of the company was reduced and set at 120,080 manats.

The authorized capital of the company was 3,920,080 manats, which is 3,800,000 manats less.

Best Brands Group MA LLC was founded in 2016. BBG MA is the official representative of the world-famous Turkish clothing brands LC Waikiki and Penti in Azerbaijan.

As of 2020, there are 22 LC Waikiki brand stores and 14 Penti brand stores operating in Azerbaijan.
