March 28, Fineko/abc.az. In January 2024, Azerbaijan exported 877.74 million cu m of natural gas to Türkiye.

ABC.AZ reports, citing data from the Turkish Energy Market Regulatory Authority (EPDK), that the indicator is 0.47% less than in January 2023.

Azerbaijan became the third country in terms of natural gas supplies to Türkiye in the first month of the year.

Azerbaijan accounted for 13.46% of Turkish natural gas imports, the total volume of which in January reached 6.519 bcm (7.8% more versus January 2023).

In January, Russia became the leader in terms of natural gas supplies to Türkiye with 2.68 bcm.
