March 13, Fineko/abc.az. Over Jan-Feb 2024, Azerbaijan produced GDP of 18.576 bn manats, or 5% more against Jan-Feb 2023, ABC.AZ reports, referring to the State Statistics Committee.
In the oil & gas sector of the economy, value added decreased by 0.7%, and in the non-oil/gas sector it increased by 10.1%.
39.9% of GDP production accounted for industry, 9.9% - for trade, repair of vehicles, 7% - for transport and warehousing, 5.5% - for construction, 2.7% - for agriculture, forestry and fishing, 2.2% - for tourist accommodation and catering, 1.7% - for the spheres information and communications, 19.8% for the share of other industries, 11.3% for net taxes on products and imports.
GDP per capita amounted to 1,824.1 manats.
