February 2, Fineko/abc.az. President Ilham Aliyev has endorsed the Law on State Reserves.

ABC.AZ reports that this law, in accordance with Paragraphs 1 and 20 of the first part of Article 94 of the Constitution of the Republic of Azerbaijan, defines the organizational, legal and economic foundations of activity in the field of creation and management of state reserves.

The Law consists of 4 sections and 13 articles.

The Cabinet Ministers was instructed to approve the criteria of market participants and the procedure for submitting information on the goods provided by them to the body responsible for state reserves within 6 months.
