January 29, Fineko/abc.az. Azerbaijan imported 19,231 tons of lemons from foreign countries for $16.1 million for Jan-Nov 2023 ($1.129 million or 7.6% more in value terms and 1,188 tons or 6.6% more in quantitative terms against Jan-Nov 2022), ABC.AZ reports with reference to the State Statistics Committee.

Over Jan-Nov 2022, the country imported 18,042 tons of lemons for $14.882 million. The import price for 1 ton of lemon was $833 for 11 months of 2023 and $825 for the same period of 2022. Last year, prices increased by $8 (0.9%). In general, the import of 1 kg of lemon for Jan-Nov 2023 cost 1.41 manats and for the 2022 same term — 1.40 manats.
