January 24, Fineko/abc.az. In 2023, 22,570 tons of live meat, including poultry, and 136,678 tons of milk were produced in the areas liberated from occupation.

Compared with 2022, meat production grew by 6.1%, or 1,300 tons, and milk production by 7%, or 8,892 tons, ABC.AZ reports with reference to the State Statistics Committee.

In 2022, 21,270 tons of live meat, including poultry, and 127,786 tons of milk were produced in the areas liberated from occupation.

Last year, the most meat was produced in Kelbajar and the most milk in Aghdam districts. So, 6,523 tons of meat were produced in Kelbajar, and 43,727 tons of milk in Aghdam in 2023.
