According to the law, with an increase in the authorized capital of a limited liability company, persons who have monetary claims against this company on the basis of a unanimous decision of the company's participants may be relieved of the obligation to contribute costs to the authorized capital by reimbursing monetary claims and being participants in a limited liability company. With such an initiative, individuals or a company with monetary claims act against the company.
Compensation of monetary claims of persons with monetary claims to controlled entities in the financial markets, shares in the authorized capital of these entities will be carried out taking into account the requirements for the acquisition of a significant interest in the laws governing financial markets.
