December 22, Fineko/abc.az. The authorized capital of AzAbrau LLC, a local subsidiary of the Russian alcohol producer of Abrau-Durso JSC, and the state wine-making enterprise in Azerbaijan, has been increased.

ABC.AZ reports that the authorized capital of AzAbrau has grown from 6,100,126 manats up to 6,813,300 manats.

Thus, the capital was increased by 713,174 manats or 11.7%.

AzAbrau LLC was established in July 2021. In December 2021, the company acquired part of Sheki Sharab LLC, operating in Sheki.

At that, a purchase & sale agreement was signed between the State Property Service and the company.
