December 21, Fineko/abc.az. Azerbaijan, together with Türkiye, plans to restore five small hydroelectric power plants (HPPs) in the liberated territories.

ABC.AZ reports that Azerbaijani Economy Minister Mikail Jabbarov stated about this at the Azerbaijani-Turkish Investment Forum in Baku dedicated to the 100th anniversary of the birth of national leader of the Azerbaijani people Heydar Aliyev and the 100th anniversary of the Republic of Türkiye.

According to the minister, within the negotiations held by the Azerbaijan Investment Company (under the Ministry of Economy) with reps of Turkish companies, a project has been prepared for the restoration of five small HPPs. The restoration work will be conducted at the expense of private investments.
