December 19, Fineko/abc.az. Azerbaijan has advanced 9 positions worldwide in the field of economic activity and opportunities.
ABC.AZ reports that according to the analysis of the Gender Inequality Index of the World Economic Forum and the UN Gender Inequality Index, Azerbaijan rose from 45th to 36th place in 2022 compared with 2017 in the field of economic activity and opportunities worldwide.
This is stated in the information on the activities of the executive authority responsible for monitoring gender equality in 2022, submitted for discussion at the Milli Majlis plenary session.
It was also noted that our country has risen from 91st to 55th place in the field of equal education.
