December 19, Fineko/abc.az. Bosch is at the final stage of the sale of Strelna enterprise in Petrodvorets district of St. Petersburg, ABC.AZ reports, referring with the source of the manufacturer of household appliances.
The source said that Chinese company Hisense withdrew from discussions on the deal, as the Turkish investment fund Can Holding is ready to pay twice as much for the asset.
The German company has already terminated employment contracts with 30 managers in Russia, they sold goods to Russian retailers.
Previously, Hisense wanted to buy plants near St. Petersburg, but the Turkish investment fund is ready to invest twice as much.
After the purchase of the asset, Can Holding intends to launch the production of household appliances in Russia under its own brands (Awax, Seikon, Telefox and Energia, among others).
