December 1, Fineko/abc.az. There are certain plans to open branches of local universities in Karabakh.

ABC.AZ reports that Science & Education Minister Emin Amrullayev stated about this at a media briefing.

He noted that he could not provide detailed information about this yet:

"When the time comes, branches of these universities and new universities will be created."
