ABC.AZ reports that Azerbaijani Economy Minister Mikayil Jabbarov said this during his speech on the theme "Turning the SPECA region into a global communication hub" at the SPECA Economic Forum.

He noted that climate change is a global problem that we cannot ignore. This should be taken into account when investing.

"Energy communication in the context of the SPECA program is connected not only with the transmission of electricity or oil and gas flows, but is also the key to unlocking the full potential of our region as a global communication center," Jabbarov added.
