ABC.AZ reports that an extraordinary general meeting of Meqa Sığorta’s shareholders will be held on December 26, 2023 at 11:00 in company’s head office at address: Baku, Narimanov district, A. Rajabli 19A.

Meqa Sığorta was established in 2010 on the basis of insurance company BE&G, operating since 1998. Its authorized capital is 23 million manats. 19% of company's shares belong to Rauf Aliyev (30% shareholder of Rabitabank OJSC), 19% - to Nazakat Ismailova, 19% - to Zaur Guliyev, 14% - to Yashar Gurbanov (chairman of the Board of Directors), 10% - to Zeynal Aliyev, 10% - to Faig Shakhaliyev, 9% - to Yashar Aliyev.
