November 14, Fineko/abc.az. Azerbaijan discussed the possibilities of transporting electricity from Uzbekistan and Kazakhstan.

ABC.AZ reports that Economy Minister Mikayil Jabbarov wrote about this on social network X.

Discussions took place today in Baku at event “Prospects for export of electricity from Central Asia through Azerbaijan".

"The trilateral meeting of responsible ministers in the field of economy and energy of Azerbaijan, Uzbekistan and Kazakhstan, in which we took part together with the Azerbaijani Energy Minister, my colleague Parviz Shahbazov, was important from angle of diversification of economic and trade relations. We discussed development of partnership between our countries focused on renewable energy sources and the possibility of transporting electricity from Central Asian countries,” Jabbarov noted.
