November 3, Fineko/abc.az. As of July 1, 2023, there were 10,121 non-residential buildings and parts of buildings with total area of 4.426 million sq m at the disposal of the State Service for Property Issues under the Ministry of Economy.

ABC.AZ reports that this is stated in Accounts Chamber’s conclusion to the Bill on State Budget 2024.

According to the document, only 2,588 (25.6%) buildings with total area of 391,600 sq m (8.8 m) were leased.

"The leasing of 25.6% of buildings and parts of non-residential buildings at the disposal of the Chamber, and only 8.8% of the total area requires additional measures in this area," the conclusion says.
