October 16, Fineko/abc.az. As of October 1, 2023, 1,980 new-generation cash registers have been installed on the territory of the Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic. 

ABC.AZ was informed at the State Tax Service that from January to September the turnover registered through such cash registers reached AZN 145.8 million.
Within the VAT Refund Project, more than AZN 553,200 were returned to consumers, and in September alone — AZN 90,800 of VAT. Compared with January, the amount refunded to consumers in September grew 4.3-fold.
