Gas exports from Shah Deniz increased by 8% for Jan-Sept

October 12, Fineko/abc.az. The main gas pipelines in Azerbaijan carried 29.954 bcm of gas for Jan-Sept 2023 (growth of 5.1% against Jan-Sept 2022).

ABC.AZ reports with reference to the State Statistics Committee that 54.8% of gas transportation was carried out via South Caucasus pipeline Baku-Tbilisi-Erzurum.

Gas extracted at gas condensate field Shah Deniz is exported through this pipeline.

Thus, 16.419 million cu m of gas were transported through this pipeline for Jan-Sept 2023 (8% more versus Jan-Sept 2022).
