October 5, Fineko/abc.az. The Competition Code will become the main regulatory framework in the field of antimonopoly activities. The document has been prepared taking into account international practice, scientific principles and prevailing economic conditions.

ABC.AZ reports that Economy Minister Mikayil Jabbarov at a meeting of the Parliamentary Committee on Economic Policy, Industry & Entrepreneurship.

The minister noted that the Draft Code creates all-round legal framework that allows to exclude the influence of monopolization trends on economic activity and the State Budget in the direction of developing competitive environment and strengthening the institutional framework.
