October 5, Fineko/abc.az. Prices for oil of benchmark grades are increasing in Thursday’s trading after a serious drop the day before by 5.6%.

The price of December’s Brent crude futures at the London ICE Futures Exchange increased by $0.58 (0.68%) to $86.39 per barrel by 09:19 am. Following the trading on October 4, Brent crude futures for December declined in price by $5.11 (5.62%) to $85.81 per barrel.

The price of WTI oil futures for November on the electronic trading of the New York Mercantile Exchange (NYMEX) increased by $0.46 (0.55%) to $84.68 per barrel by 09:19 am. Following the trading on October 4, the price of November’s WTI oil futures slumped by $5.01 (5.61%) to $84.22 per barrel.
