September 18, Fineko/abc.az. In 2023, Tunisia resumed importing crude oil from Azerbaijan.

ABC.AZ reports with reference to the State Customs Committee that in August 2023, the North African country purchased 13,223 tons of crude oil from Azerbaijan for $7.738 million.

The last time oil was transported to Tunisia was in December 2022.

In total, in 2022, Tunisia purchased 667,312 tons of crude oil from Azerbaijan for $498.8 million.
