September 4, Fineko/abc.az. On September 4, 2023, the placement of ordinary registered undocumented shares of Merano Baku OJSC with state registration number AZ1002024672 in the amount of AZN 100,000 by subscription has completed at the Baku Stock Exchange.

ABC.AZ reports that at the time of subscription the underwriter was presented 1 order at price of AZN 10,000 from 1 investor.

The total amount of orders collected by subscription at the nominal price was AZN 100,000, and volume of shares placed at the nominal price was AZN 100,000.

With the placement of shares of Merano Baku at the Baku Stock Exchange, company’s authorized capital doubled from AZN 100,000 up to AZN 200,000.
