August 31, Fineko/abc.az. The State Committee for Refugees and IDPs is holding a tender for the repair of buildings where IDPs live in the cities of Baku, Sumgayit, Mingachevir, Aghdash, Goychay, Yevlakh, Gabala and Barda districts.

The tender participation fee is AZN is 350 manats.
