August 24, Fineko/abc.az. In January-June 2023, 8,130 residential buildings with a total area of 891,689 square meters were constructed and commissioned in Azerbaijan.

According to estimates based on the report of the State Statistics Committee, the number of houses built increased by 44.3% year-on-year, ABC.AZ reports referring to APA.

In the first 6 months of 2022, 5,636 residential buildings with a total area of 786,401 square meters were built and put into operation.

Some 4,592 units of these apartments were built and commissioned by the population, 1,874 units - by non-state enterprises and 1,664 units - by state enterprises.
