August 22, Fineko/abc.az. A Roadmap for the development of energy cooperation for 2023-2025 has been signed between the Ministry of Energy of Azerbaijan and the Ministry of Energy of Uzbekistan.

ABC.AZ reports with reference to the Ministry of Energy of Azerbaijan that the Roadmap was signed during a meeting between Minister of Energy Parviz Shahbazov and a delegation headed by Minister of Energy of Uzbekistan Jurabek Mirzamakhmudov, who is in the country on a visit, in order to deepen cooperation in the energy sector between the two countries.

The roadmap, covering 14 areas, provides for cooperation in the field of geological exploration and production of hydrocarbon resources in both countries, as well as the creation of joint ventures.
