Azerbaijan's Minister of Economy Mikayil Jabbarov met with World Bank's Country Manager for Azerbaijan Stefanie Stallmeister.

Sources in the ministry told ABC.AZ that the minister stressed Azerbaijan's successful cooperation with the World Bank. He noted that technical assistance and financial support projects provided by the bank are highly valued in Azerbaijan.

The parties also discussed the enhancement of collaboration between the World Bank and Azerbaijan, joint projects, as well as the diversification of the Azerbaijani economy and measures to improve the business environment.
