A total of 9,133 commercial organizations passed state registration from January through July of this year, including 87.6% with local investments and 12.4% with foreign investments.

ABC.AZ reports that, according to the State Tax Service, 82.1% of commercial organizations are registered in electronic form.

The share of electronic registration of limited liability companies with local investments amounted to 94.4%. During the seven months of this year, 1,262 limited liability companies with local investments were registered through the new registration method (PIN code + mobile phone number).
