July 19, Fineko/abc.az. Khayal Jafarov has been appointed the director of the Heydar Aliyev Oil Refinery (SOCAR), ABC.AZ reports with SOCAR.

Prior to this appointment, Khayal Jafarov worked as the director of the SOCAR Carbamide Plant.
