July 14, Fineko/abc.az. ABB (International Bank of Azerbaijan) completed the first 6 months of 2023 (January-June) with net profit of AZN 164.38 million (against AZN 118.417 million for Jan-Jun 2022), ABC.AZ informs with reference to bank's report.

Thus, ABB's net profit for the first half of 2023 increased by AZN 45.6 million, or 38.5% versus Jan-Jun 2022. The increase in net profit is linked mainly with growth of interest income.

In the 1st half of 2023, ABB's total operating income (interest and non-interest income) grew by AZN 133.668 million, or 39.8% up to AZN 469.16 million (versus AZN 335.496 million for Jan-Jun 2022).

ABB's interest income increased by AZN 122.57 million up to AZN 376.426 million and non-interest income by AZN 11.98 million up to AZN 92.738 million for the past half of 2023.
