July 10, Fineko/abc.az. We are saddened by the disputes arising in Azerbaijan between insurance companies and policyholders.

ABC.AZ reports that CBA general director Ziya Aliyev stated about this at scientific & practical conference "Ways of successful resolution of banking disputes" in Baku.

"The institution of mediation can lead to a reduction in insurance disputes. The main issue facing us is development of this institution. During insurance disputes, participants should contact the mediation institute themselves. Mediators should actively participate in the resolution of such disputes, and we should also contribute to their development," he said.
