Cost of oil goes up, and Brent is at $72.30 a barrel

June 13, Fineko/abc.az. Prices for oil of benchmark grades are increasing in Tuesday’s trading after a strong fall following the previous session.

The price of August Brent crude futures at the London ICE Futures Exchange increased by $0.46 (0.64%) to $72.30 per barrel by 09:00 am. Following the trading on June 12, Brent crude futures for August slumped in price by $2.95 (3.94%), to $71.84 per barrel.

The price of WTI oil futures for July on the electronic trading of the New York Mercantile Exchange (NYMEX) by 09:00 am grew by $0.33 (0.49%) to $67.45 per barrel. Following the trading on June 12, the price of July WTI oil futures declined by $3.05 (4.35%) to $67.12 per barrel.
